Cheryl K. Pierce
Cheryl K. Pierce founded Southland Title, Inc. in 1999. For more than 24 years, Southland Title, Inc. has been meeting the real estate needs of clients from George, Greene and surrounding counties. Cheryl graduated from William Carey University in 1993 and from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1996. Cheryl and her husband, Randy, reside in Greene County and both have offices in George County. Cheryl has served as a practicing attorney for 27 years. She has served as Greene County Youth Court Referee for 18 years and previously served as attorney for the City of Lucedale for 16 years. Cheryl and Randy are the parents of 4 children and attend Watermark Church in Lucedale where they teach the young adult life group.
Hannah DAvis
Hannah Davis has served as closing specialist/closing agent for Southland Title, Inc. for 7 years. Hannah is a life-long resident of George County. Go Rebs! After graduating from the University of South Alabama in 2013, Hannah obtained her real estate license and was a realtor in the community for a few years before transitioning to the legal side of real estate. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has 2 children. In her off time, Hannah enjoys reading and working outside on her landscaping.
Christy L. Miller
Christy Miller has served as office manager for Southland Title, Inc. since its inception. Christy resides in Jackson County and has 3 children. Christy is a graduate of East Central High School and loves to interact with Southland Title’s clients and the real estate community. Christy was the first employee to arrive at Southland Title when it opened for business.
